Hunan Changning Carbon Rods Manufacturing Co.,LTD is located in Ningxiang, Hunan. It is the biggest manufacturer to produce carbon rods for dry battery in the world.

Built in 1987, Changning covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with more than 600 employees including nearly 100 engineers. Changning can produce 30,000 tons (15 billion pieces) of carbon rods per year. It also has a graphite mining and processing plant with capacity of 100,000 tons per year. Changning can produce 3000 tons of isostatic graphite per year.
